Joan Roberts is a visual artist who lives in St. John’s, NL.  Joan is a self taught artist who has studied with many locally and nationally acclaimed artists.   She paints acrylics, watercolors, oils and pastels.  Joan enjoys many styles of painting including realism and abstract.  She paints from her own photos and her imagination and endeavors to create images that will evoke mood, emotion and enjoyment to the viewer.  Her works are exhibited in several galleries in NL.  Joan teaches art lessons to beginners at her home studio.
